Please, before contacting your dealer, fill out this request or contact our technical service by mail or telephone.

Any material that has not been previously accepted by our technical service will not be accepted. In case of receiving a package without having been previously admitted, it will be returned to the sender postage due.

Our technical service will provide you with an RMA number that must appear visibly on the outside of the package.

The defective material must be received as complete as possible (manual, cable, driver, original packaging).

Defective material will be examined upon arrival. If it is received tampered with, beaten or damaged by misuse, we will not take care of its repair and it will be returned to the sender postage due.

If, after being examined, no error is detected in the item received, it will be returned to the sender freight collect.

The damaged material will be repaired or replaced by a new one and will be sent to the end user at no cost.
